- We believe in reasonable and sustainable collection practices of aquatic life. It is our hope that the ecosystems that are re-created in aquariums will increase awareness and, ultimately, result in a healthier environment. Therefore:
- We would deviate from using a supplier if they pursue collection, containing or shipping methods that negatively impact the wildlife.
- Whenever possible, we will supply aquacultured and tank-raised specimen.
- We will be an industry leader in acclimating, treating, caring for, selling and transporting live plants and animals.
- We will volunteer to lead discussions and supply literature to provide a learning opportunity for the local community.
- Verses some product-focused companies, we will start by connecting with the customer to determine what they need, then, do our best to match a product or service with their unique situation.
